FAQ

1️⃣ How far in advance should I book my event?

I recommend booking 9-12 months in advance to secure your date, as my calendar fills quickly. The earlier you book, the better we can plan for your event.

2️⃣ What is required to secure my date?

A non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date. Without the deposit, your date remains open for other clients.

3️⃣ Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payments are broken down into three installments for convenience. The final balance must be paid 30 days before the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

4️⃣ How many hours of coverage do I need?

Each event is unique, but most weddings and quinceañeras require 8-10 hours of coverage to capture all key moments, from getting ready to the grand reception. My packages include different coverage options, and additional hours can be added if needed.

5️⃣ When will I receive my final images?

Your fully edited images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the event. You’ll also receive a sneak peek of select images within 48-72 hours so you can relive your special day sooner!

6️⃣ Do you offer videography?

I provide a cinematic highlight film (1-5 minutes) in select packages. If you need full-length video coverage, I can recommend trusted videographers.

7️⃣ Do you travel for events?

Yes! I offer destination coverage for weddings and quinceañeras outside of my primary service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

8️⃣ Can I customize a package?

Absolutely! You can add extra hours, additional edited images, parent albums, and other upgrades to fit your needs. Let me know what’s important to you, and I’ll customize a collection just for you.

9️⃣ What happens if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is possible under certain conditions. If you need to change your event date, please notify me as soon as possible to discuss availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
