With 8 hours of coverage, Adriana captures the most meaningful parts of your celebration with intention, creativity, and care. From the emotional highlights to the elegant details, she documents your day in a way that feels seamless, polished, and timeless — preserving your story with a refined, artistic touch.

✨ Pre-event session (1.5 hours – 5 edited images)

Your Signature Collection includes a dedicated pre-event session designed to create timeless portraits in a relaxed and intentional setting before your big day. This session takes place prior to your main event, giving us the opportunity to capture polished images without the time pressure of the celebration itself.

You may choose to hold your session at a studio, scenic outdoor location, or your venue (if permitted), with the flexibility to capture formal portraits, candid moments, or styled storytelling concepts that reflect your unique style.

You will receive 5 fully edited, high-resolution images, perfect for:

✔ Custom invitations or save-the-dates
✔ Entrance display or welcome signage
✔ Guestbook design or framed prints
✔ Social media announcements and teasers

This session allows you to get comfortable in front of the camera and create beautifully styled portraits that elevate your event from the very beginning.

Event Day Coverage (Up to 8 hours)

On your special day, experience up to 8 hours of uninterrupted luxury coverage with Adriana as your dedicated photographer. Every moment — from the quiet intimacy of getting ready to the grandeur of your reception — is captured with elegance, emotion, and artistic precision.

With a refined, editorial approach, Adriana documents your day with care and intention, preserving every detail and memory in a way that feels timeless, elevated, and effortlessly beautiful.

75 fully edited images from the event

From all the images captured during your event, you will have the opportunity to choose 75 of your favorite moments to be professionally edited and retouched.

Each selected image will be meticulously enhanced in Photoshop by Adriana, ensuring a consistent, elegant, and luxurious aesthetic that transforms your memories into timeless works of art.

Each image is thoughtfully refined with:
✔ Flawless, true-to-life color tones
✔ Gentle body slimming adjustments (if requested)
✔ Soft retouching to minimize skin imperfections
✔ Clean, editorial-style finishing touches

These aren’t basic edits — they’re personally chosen by you, and carefully transformed into a cinematic, cohesive, and emotionally rich gallery.

From your selected images, you’ll also choose your favorite to be featured in your included 20x24 canvas print — a meaningful and beautiful way to display your story.

Receive all high-resolution raw images captured during your event, unedited and without a logo.

If you’d like to share your memories with loved ones, you can simply provide the email addresses of your chosen guests, and I’ll personally send them access to the gallery with a private link. This makes it easy for family and friends to view or download photos directly — no extra steps needed.

Prefer a physical keepsake? You can also choose to add a USB drive containing all your images — a timeless, portable way to preserve your day.

A professionally curated 1-minute cinematic highlight reel, blending the most emotional and memorable moments of your event into a beautifully edited short film.

Captured with the latest iPhone Pro Max, this reel is delivered in vertical format, making it perfect for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms. While not a full videography service, it offers a high-quality, story-driven glimpse into your celebration — filled with motion, emotion, and elegance.

Think of it as a luxury preview of your day — short, powerful, and crafted to share and relive your favorite moments again and again.

20X24 canvas print

A stunning 20X24 canvas print—a beautiful, high-quality piece of art that showcases one of your favorite images. This print can be a lovely addition to your home decor. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can use one of the images from your pre-event shoot to create a striking focal point at the entrance of your event.

🖼 How Your $350 Print Credit Works
Your $350 print credit is included in the Signature Collection and can be used toward premium printed products — including albums, prints, canvases, and framed artwork — all crafted through our professional print lab for exceptional quality and long-lasting beauty.

📌 How to Use It:
✔ Apply your credit toward any product available in your online gallery store
✔ Choose from fine art prints, luxury albums, wall canvases, or custom-framed pieces
✔ If your total exceeds $350, you simply pay the difference at checkout
✔ Credit must be used in a single transaction and does not carry over

This credit gives you the opportunity to transform your favorite images into elegant keepsakes — timeless pieces you’ll be proud to display and pass down for generations.

Deposit:

A $1,200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This guarantees your place on the calendar and allows us to begin the personalized planning process for your event — including scheduling your pre-event session and preparing every detail to ensure a smooth, elevated experience from beginning to end.

Deposit & Payment Schedule – Signature Collection

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, payments for the Signature Collection are structured as follows:

1️⃣ Deposit – $1,200 (Non-Refundable)
Due at booking to reserve your date and begin the planning process.

2️⃣ Second Payment – $1,500
Due before your pre-event session takes place.

3️⃣ Final Payment – $1,500
Due 30 days before your event date to ensure everything is confirmed and prepared.

📌 Important Notes:
✔ No sessions (including the pre-event session) will take place unless payments are made on time.
✔ The pre-event session is only scheduled once 50% of the total balance is paid.
✔ All payments are non-refundable.
✔ Rescheduling may be available under specific terms and must be discussed in advance.
✔ Paying the full amount upfront is optional and always welcomed.

Great photography doesn’t just happen on the spot — it takes planning.

Before your event, I take time to visit your venue (if possible), check the lighting, and get familiar with the space. This helps me know exactly where the best angles and lighting will be, and what gear I’ll need to bring to make sure your photos look beautiful and well thought out — not rushed or random.

Whether it’s adjusting lighting, choosing the right lens, or planning how I’ll move through the day, I always come fully prepared. This means less stress for you, and more elegant, intentional images.

📅 Communication & Timeline

To make sure nothing important is missed, I ask that you keep me in the loop as you plan.

Things that really help:
✔ Share your event schedule ahead of time
✔ Let me know about any surprises, speeches, or traditions
✔ Tell me if your venue has any photo or lighting restrictions
✔ Have someone I can check in with on the day of the event (like a bridesmaid or coordinator)

This helps me be in the right place at the right time — so I can capture the moments that matter most to you.

🔒 Securing Your Date

I recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance. My calendar fills quickly with studio sessions, weddings, and quinceañeras — and I only take a limited number of events per year to give each one my full attention.

Booking early means:
✔ You lock in your date before it’s gone
✔ We have plenty of time to plan everything with care
✔ You can enjoy a calm, stress-free experience
