Read before booking

•A deposit of $200–$500 + tax is required to reserve your session, depending on the Milestone Collection selected. Your deposit will be applied toward your total session balance.

•The remaining balance and any selected add-ons must be paid in full before the session. A final invoice will be sent approximately 1–3 days before your scheduled session.

Best Time for Milestone Sessions:

Milestone sessions are available for babies 6 months and older through children 12 years old.

Cake Smash sessions are most popular for 1st birthdays and are available for children up to 3 years old.

Props & Outfits

• Milestone sessions include access to available studio props and outfits to help create a variety of beautiful portraits. Available options may vary depending on your child’s age, size, and selected setup.

Cake Smash

• Cake Smash pricing is an add-on and will be added on top of any Milestone Collection you choose, except the Mini Collection, as Cake Smash is not available with the Mini.



Outdoor Sessions

• Outdoor sessions are available as an add-on. A travel fee may apply depending on the selected location. Parents are welcome to suggest a location or choose from photographer-recommended locations. Any applicable travel fee will be included in your final invoice.

Session Details

• Each Milestone session is designed for one child only. If you would like to include parents, siblings, or additional family members, please book a Family Session instead.
• During your session, we will create a variety of poses and images based on your selected collection and session time. Additional edited images may be purchased separately if desired.

Cake Smash sessions may be added to Milestone Collections 1, 2 & 3.

Simple Cake Smash — +$250

Includes:

•One simple, clean studio background

•Cake Smash portion during your selected Milestone Collection

**Cake is not included and must be provided by the parent or guardian.**

✨ Due to possible food allergies and dietary restrictions, parents are responsible for providing a cake that is safe and appropriate for their child and for confirming all ingredients and potential allergens with their chosen bakery or cake provider.

The Simple Cake Smash does not include balloons, props, custom themes, personalized decorations, specialty items, florals, or an elaborate setup.

✨ Custom/Themed Cake Smash — Starting at +$500

For families wanting a more elaborate or Pinterest-inspired birthday setup, a Custom/Themed Cake Smash may be added starting at $500.

Depending on your selected design, your custom setup may include:

•Balloon garlands

•Custom or themed backdrops

•Personalized decorations

•Specialty props

•Florals

•Custom signage or birthday details

•Specialty items purchased or created specifically for your child's theme

Custom Cake Smash pricing begins at $500 and may increase depending on the complexity of the design, materials, balloons, props, and specialty items required.
